Welcome to Shift It Personal Training

Shift it personal training is a weight loss based personal training service brought to your home.

We offer simple effective fitness based on a system devised by Richard Davidson the senior fitness conditioner at Shift it Personal training.


The system is based around just 3 pieces of equipment and you. All you need is a swiss ball, a set of dumbells, a mat and your own body weight and you have all the tools to succeed.

So if for years you have been a yo-yo dieter (we don't do diets) or are unhappy with your body shape and are determined to make a change once and for all, then you have come to the right place.

We cover most parts of West London, predominantly in Notting Hill, Holland Park & Kensington. Please contact us for availability in your area.
