Massage therapy in the comfort of your own home
 |
Massage is a luxury we should all indulge in. In today 's hectic society we often forget to devote time to ourselves and our bodies. Regular massage treatments will not only eradicate any muscle pain you may have but more importantly it will give your mind and body time to totally relax and de-stress. An hour out of a busy schedule will leave you feeling refreshed, re-energised and ready to tackle the world again! |
Tension Release Therapy (TRT)
As the name suggests, this style of massage releases tight and tense muscles. The method uses a combination of long slow strokes, acupressure and specific stretching techniques. It is especially effective in the treatment of lower back, shoulder and neck problems, caused mainly by poor posture and occupational stresses
Sports Massage
Massage therapy for the treatment of soft tissue and overuse injuries. The techniques used are especially effective in the treatment of sports injuries, both old and new, such as sprains & strains (ligaments & tendons) repetitive strain injury, treatment of scar tissue and adhesions and many other musculoskeletal problems. The prevention of injury is an area in which Sports Massage is particularly effective.
Deep Tissue Massage
A strong, deep full body massage for the relief of general aches and pains, improvement in lymphatic and blood flow, removal of toxins, greater tissue flexibility and a general feeling of vitality. DTM uses a combination of friction and stroking techniques to create a feeling of complete relaxation and rejuvenation.
