Nutrition
At Shift it personal training we are against fad diets or worse still
starving yourself to lose weight. We believe the only way to lose weight
properly is through regular exercise and a healthy balanced eating
plan that can be followed for the rest of your life.
Moderation not starvation is the key to healthy weight-loss, depriving
yourself of the things you like, or even worse, not eating, is a recipe
for disaster. Eat and drink the things you like - but be sensible.
