Terms and Conditions

24 hours' notice must be given if you wish to cancel an appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in the full fee being charged. Payment for all appointments must be made in advance and directly to the trainer. Cash and cheques are accepted. Any course of 10 or 20 sessions must be completed within 3 or 6 months respectively from the initial appointment.
