These are the 4 basic principles of the B.U.F.F body conditioning and weight loss system; BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES (exercises that use a persons own body to provide resistance). UNSTABLE SURFACES (swiss balls and a bosu provide instability on which to do your exercises, making the exercise more difficult, and recruiting other muscles to stabilize the position). FREE WEIGHT EXERCISES ( free weights not only provide resistance, but also have to be controlled by the person exercising, making the exercise more difficult). FATIGUE (every exercise should be done to the point of fatigue. This is the point at which no more repetitions of an exercise can be completed. This is where optimal muscle development occurs).
