EAT LESS AND EXERCISE MORE
Sound too simple? That's because it is. Modify your eating habits and increase your current exercise levels and you are sure to see reults. In all the time that I have
been training people I have never known anyone not to have lost weight
while following the simple principle above.
So forget about diets that promise everything and provide nothing,
or fitness tests that allow a trainer to add another £20 (at
least!) to their fee but don’t do anything for you, just follow
the principle above and I guarantee you will never fail.
