Sound too simple? That's because it is. Modify your eating habits and increase your current exercise levels and you are sure to see reults. In all the time that I have been training people I have never known anyone not to have lost weight while following the simple principle above.
 
So forget about diets that promise everything and provide nothing, or fitness tests that allow a trainer to add another £20 (at least!) to their fee but don’t do anything for you, just follow the principle above and I guarantee you will never fail.
