1. Fatigue - every exercise should be done to the point of fatigue. This is the point at which no more repetitions of an exercise can be completed. This is where optimal muscle development occurs

2. Food - don't diet under any circumstance - it never works long term. Modify your eating habits. Moderation not starvation is the key to healthy weight-loss, depriving yourself of the things you like, or even worse, not eating, is a recipe for disaster. Eat and drink the things you like - but be sensible.
